License Agreement | PDF Pilot

1. Introduction

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and BestFab Software Limited regarding your use of the PDF Pilot software, online tools, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you accept this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the payment of any applicable fees, BestFab Software Limited grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own lawful processing of documents.

Each subscription or one-time purchase entitles a single user to use the corresponding plan or tool. Sharing of paid accounts across multiple users is not permitted unless an explicit team or enterprise plan is purchased.

3. Restrictions

You may not (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (b) resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service; (c) use the Service to upload or process content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to handle; (d) attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, or security controls; or (e) use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable human use.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestFab Software Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

5. General Provisions

This Agreement does not transfer to you any ownership of the Service or its components. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

BestFab Software Limited may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. For questions, contact [email protected].

All content, designs, source code, and trademarks associated with the Service are the property of BestFab Software Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
